The annual Cal for the Cure Campus Walk for Breast Cancer is Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 12:10-1:00 pm at the Campanile (southside). The walk is open to the entire campus community, including faculty, staff, students, and affiliates.

It will be a time to come together to honor colleagues, friends, loved ones, and others who have been touched by breast cancer and other types of cancers.

In addition to a 15-minute walk, the event includes:

• Entertainment from the UC Men's Octet.
• Early Detection Awareness Cards for participants to share with co-workers.
• Cal for the Cure Travel Mug for all participants in the walk (while supplies last).
