Computer Health Matters
Learn to design a user-friendly workstation and stretches to relieve
computer-related aches and pains. This workshop is required to qualify
for computer ergonomics matching funds. (Available by request in departments

Computer Workstation Evaluator Training
Learn the basics of how to evaluate and modify computer workstations
according to campus ergonomic guidelines in this practical, hands-on
workshop specifically for departmental computer workstation evaluators.

Keyboards and Mice: Ergonomic Alternatives
Learn about the ergonomics of keyboards and pointing devices, including
safer workstation set-up, postures, and techniques for using them. See
the alternative keyboards and pointing devices now covered by the Computer
