Waiver Information

UC Berkeley students may opt out of SHIP coverage for the academic year 2009-10 by submitting a waiver application. If you do not submit a waiver you will be enrolled in SHIP. Students may also submit a waiver application for Spring 2010, between December 1, 2009 and January 7, 2010.

PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENTS WHO HAVE WAIVED SHIP ENROLLMENT FOR FALL 2009 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY WAIVED FOR SPRING 2010.
