  • Gardasil® (Human Papilloma Virus "HPV")
Gardasil is the new Human Papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine recommended for girls and women from ages 9-26. This vaccine is available by appointment in the Allergy/Travel clinic. This 3-dose vaccine costs $135 per dose and is covered by the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) at 80%. Please call (510) 643-7177 to make an appointment.

See Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for more information.

There is a fee for all vaccines given. The fee is payable at the time the immunization is given. Students may come to the Specialty Clinic reception desk (first floor, behind the elevators) to request a list of fees. The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) reimburses 80% on domestic vaccines. These include flu shots, Td, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Meningococcal, Pneumococcal and Varicella. SHIP does not reimburse for any other vaccines. Please call (510) 643-7177 for specific fees.
