Tell the receptionist you want a pregnancy test (urine or blood test). You will receive forms to complete. 3.) Take the lab order form to the Laboratory (1st floor), and put it in the basket. The lab staff will call your name when it’s your turn. 4.) For test results, call the clinic nurse at (510) 643- 7110. If you get tested in the morning, you can get your results that afternoon.
