  CARE Services offers programs on a variety of issues, by request from departments, or by open enrollment in classes. Topics include stress management, instant relaxation, and coping with transition/change.

• Kaiser Classes
  In addition, Kaiser Permanente of Northern California offers health and behavioral health education classes that are open to Kaiser members and the general public.
