Discussion Groups for Faculty & Staff

Discussion groups provide peer support to participants with shared concerns. Group participants give and receive emotional support and practical help for common problems.

Elder Care Support Group
Bi-Monthly 2nd and 4th Thursdays, noon-1:30 pm, Tang Center
This group provides mutual aid, support and sharing of topics commonly experienced by caregivers of ill, disabled, or elderly relatives/ partners. If interested in participating call the Elder Care Program Coordinator at (510) 643-3430 for an individual orientation meeting.
