Promote Taking the Stairs Adding just 10-minutes of physical activity several times a day is often the first step to building an active lifestyle. You can help staff meet the minimum recommendation of being active 30 minutes a day, most days of the week, as well as build a wellness culture, by promoting stair use in your building. Print and post these 8½ x 11 stair signs in your building to promote taking the stairs. These are PDFs and come in a pair for both right and left arrows, so you can post it in the correct direction as needed. Print on high quality paper and laminate, if possible. If you would like laminated copies, contact Health*Matters at 643-4646.
