As part of University Health Services, the Faculty and Staff Health Programs provide the campus with direct and coordinated services to help faculty and staff live healthy and balanced lives. This is accomplished by providing services such as employee assistance, disability assistance, ergonomics, health and wellness, work-related medical treatment and work/life services. Employee assistance program (EAP) provides confidential help for personal, emotional, family, eldercare and work stress problems; management consultation; and groups, education and training.

Disability Management Services includes return-to-work and reasonable accommodation assistance for those who have (or who may develop) health problems affecting employment, administration of the campus Workers' Compensation program, and education and training.

Ergonomics program provides workshops, consultation, coordination of the campus network of department computer workstation evaluators, and the Computer Ergonomics Matching Funds Program.

Health*Matters Wellness Program, in partnership with several campus departments, strives to foster a healthy work environment and to provide tools and resources to enhance and support the health and well-being of faculty, staff and their families.

Urgent and ongoing treatment for work-related health problems, pre placement and periodic screenings and immunizations, and consultation and education.
