- During the regular school year, Tang Center hours for most offices are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Urgent Care is open 8am-6pm (last check-in 5:30pm), Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm (last check-in 4:30pm) on Saturday.
- Pharmacy is open 8:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday; 9am-12:30pm and 1-5pm on Saturday.
- The Tang Center is closed Sundays and holidays.

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be billed a Late Cancellation Fee. | Emergency contraception | The Morning After Pill, used for emergency contraception (not birth control) needs to be taken within 72-120 hours of unprotected intercourse or a broken condom. (It is most effective if taken within 72 hours.) If you cannot wait for the Tang Center to open, check www.ec-help.org for pharmacies that provide emergency contraception. | Insurance authorization | For UC SHIP members, no authorization from the Student Health Insurance Office is required for visits to an emergency room or urgent care center when Tang is closed. Please provide facility with your Anthem Blue Cross card. Claims submitted to Anthem Blue Cross will be processed according to the UC SHIP benefits.
