Healthful Hints for Stressful Times

Daily pressures and stressors can blindside healthful habits before you even realize it. If you are eating too much, exercising too little, or experiencing low energy, headaches, or sleep problems, you will find tips for getting healthful habits back on track in these downloadable PDF checklists.

The checklists, from Health*Matters, offer quick and simple tips. For example, going for a 10-minute walk instead of eating a candy bar during that mid-afternoon slump or drinking water throughout the day to avoid those late afternoon headaches that can be from lack of hydration.
