| Academic Difficulties | During your time at Cal, you may find yourself struggling with issues such as difficulty with coursework, academic probation, academic self-confidence, procrastination, test anxiety, or learning problems, such as attention-deficit disorder. Working with a counselor in a confidential and nonjudgmental atmosphere can aid self-understanding and resolution of these concerns.

| Leaving School | Sometimes unexpected events occur that necessitate taking a leave from UC Berkeley. While leaving school is often a difficult and painful experience, CPS provides help to students in their transition. A number of services are available to inspire hope and confidence in undergraduates and graduate students taking short-term or permanent leaves from the university.
