We are dedicated to keeping the campus community healthy. Our wellness activities focus on the many dimensions of wellness, balancing the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, occupational, spiritual and environmental aspects of life.
We support campus-wide initiatives that address the health of the campus environment, including sustainability priorities, mental health promotion, and the I Heart Tap Water campaign.
We also work directly with individuals and groups students on optimal health. Key issues: social support, stress management, healthy relationships, and resiliency. A healthy student is a happier, more productive and successful one.
